It’s midnight and you just realized you forgot to mail your auto insurance bill. And you can’t even figure out where you put it…what should you do? If you need assistance after hours, don’t worry—the online Customer Care Center can help you 24/7. Once you've registered for the Customer Care Center you can make a payment, report a claim and more. Then, after receiving a special security code in the mail, you'll be able to track your claim and request policy changes right from your computer.

I understand that life doesn’t stop after 5pm. For many of us, nights and weekends are the only times we can get things accomplished. That’s why registering your auto, homeowners or life* policies in the Allstate Customer Care Center is such a great idea. As your agent, I want you to feel service is available to you at any time. That’s why registering your insurance policies online is a great idea. You’ll gain immediate access to your policies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Best of all, it’s easy to get started. All you need to provide are:

  • Your policy number(s)
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
  • Birth month and day
  • Your e-mail address

You Shouldn't Have to Pay for More Convenience. That's Our Stand.

At Allstate, we make every effort to make your life easier without costing you extra money. Here's one of them: The Allstate Easy Pay Plan. It’s a convenient way to have your insurance payment automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. Select your withdrawal date between the 1st and the 28th of the month, and the rest is automatic. There are no special fees for this payment method and your installment fee may even be reduced.

Applying is easy. Complete the Applications and Authorization Form available online in the Customer Care Center. Or obtain the form by calling me at (614) 239-1838.
